In the mountains where we live, the signal is sometimes tough to get, but give it a try if you're anxious to talk right now and we're away from the office. We, too, like to talk to a "live" person when we pick up the phone, and will do our best to provide the same service for you! Deposit
We require a non-refundable deposit of $100. The deposit is applied directly to the final purchase price as agreed upon by both parties prior to the shipping of your new pet. No one likes surprises....there will be none when you deal with Luv Kennels. That's our word.

Purchase
We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as direct deposits. Instructions for making a direct deposit will be provided, if necessary, during our telephone contact. After deciding on a puppy and submitting your deposit, we'll begin working with you on a delivery date and shipping arrangements.

Delivery

• Personal Delivery
  We transport puppies to the airports in Kansas City and St. Louis on a weekly basis, so it's possible that we can arrange to meet on the I-70 corridor. Ask for details and arrangements when we speak person-to-person, and we'll try to work out a schedule that's accommodating.
  
• Airline Shipping
  Luv Kennels ships dogs weekly and will arrange to fly your puppy to any major airport. Our puppies are shipped on direct flights only, meaning the dog will be alone for only the short duration of the flight.
  
• Health Certificates
  Our veterinarian will examine the dog and issue a health certificate just prior to shipping. A Pet Taxi is supplied by us and food is shipped that the puppies are used to eating. Feeding and care instructions are supplied along with your puppy's vaccination records.
